About the Instructor

Robert Witczak has over 17 years of experience in industrial maintenance. Throughout his career, he has worked as a Reliability Engineer, Maintenance Specialist, and ultimately as a Maintenance Manager in large international corporations.

He has developed extensive expertise in managing complex technical infrastructures, leading diverse maintenance teams, and implementing modern strategies such as Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Lean Maintenance.

Since 2016, Robert has specialized in the RCM2 methodology. As a certified facilitator, he helps companies optimize their maintenance systems by creating tailored maintenance plans based on real operational needs.

He is also the author of a professional book dedicated to the RCM approach and is a passionate advocate for sharing practical, real-world knowledge with industry professionals.
